GOING GREEN
Our Executive Chef, Adam Gould, has teamed up with the Earth Club and DCOM to create an organic garden that will be used for the dining hall and for the student usage. Adam will be on a local television show to demonstrate the use organic produce.
Zero Trans-Fat Oils
Sodexo uses zero trans-fat oil products in all foodservice operations nationwide, including Lincoln Memorial University. Zero Trans-Fat products include salad dressings, sauces, soups, breads, muffins, cereals, pasta, breaded chicken, eggs, tortillas, oils and a range of other items.
