Q: Why can't I take food out of the dining hall?

A: Because we are responsible for all foods served at our dining location, we cannot allow you to take food from the facility because storing the food for too long or for any time at an inproper temperature poses a health risk.

Q:  Why can't I use one of my meals to pay for a friend to eat at the Dining Hall?

A:  To keep meal plan prices lower. The meal plan are non-transferable and meant for your use only.

Q: Why can't I enter the Dining Hall without my ID card?

A:   It is mandatory that all students with a meal plan bring their ID card to enter the Dining Hall. This is the only way we know you have a meal plan and this is how we keep track of what meal plans are being used and how many meals we are serving per meal. Anyone without an ID card will be charged regular meal prices.

Q: What do I do if I lose my ID card?

A: See student services to have another ID made.
